Maybe I’m missing something, but I found this a bit confusing. It seems like it could use clearer instructions or explanations so it’s easier to understand right away.

It showed up sooner than I expected, or at least fast from what I remember. No real complaints about the shipping

I ordered a few pontoon parts and had kind of mixed feelings going in, mostly because I was worried the shipping would take longer than expected. Luckily, everything showed up on the exact day they said it would, and the parts were packed well with nothing missing. The tracking updated normally too, which helped. It wasn’t some exciting standout experience, but it’s nice when a company just gets the delivery right

Customer service got back to me quickly and helped clear up the question I had about my order. It did take one extra email to get everything sorted out, which was a little annoying, but not a big deal. Overall, it was a good experience.

I grabbed a few maintenance items from PontoonStuff because I figured, based on how this stuff usually goes, I’d probably end up fighting with the parts for a while. Surprisingly, everything fit the way it should and I didn’t lose half my day trying to make it work.

Now the cleaning and little fixes feel a lot more manageable. Shipping was totally fine too, which I always assume can be hit or miss with boat stuff, but no issues here. Easy 5 stars from me

I was shopping around for things to redo my pontoon and ended up finding pretty much everything I needed on pontoonstuff.com. They had seats, flooring, hardware, and all the little extras in one place, which made the whole process a lot easier. I really liked not having to bounce between a bunch of different websites to compare stuff. Overall, I’m satisfied with what they offer and glad I came across the site.

I feel like the prices are good for what you end up getting. I wouldn’t say it was some unbelievable bargain, but overall it felt like a decent value and I was happy enough with the purchase. The only thing that gave me a little pause was the shipping cost, which seemed a bit higher than I expected, especially when you’re already paying for the item itself. I ordered new pontoon carpet from pontoonstuff.com, the color was closer to the sample pics than I thought it’d be. I was a little worried it might look different once it showed up, but nope, it looked just right. No odd shade difference or anything like that.

Like, things mostly work fine… and then suddenly I’m sitting there wondering why it feels a bit clunky. A few small improvements would make the whole experience feel way better...

The packaging was way better than I expected. It arrived completely solid, with not even one tiny dent anywhere. I was weirdly excited about it because usually something gets scuffed up, but this looked absolutely perfect!

Good stuff overall, no complaints really. Shipping was okay, not super fast but it got here fine.

I used Pontoonstuff when I was trying to track down a few parts for our pontoon, mostly small stuff I’d been putting off ordering all summer. They do have a solid selection, and I found a couple things I needed while sitting at the kitchen table with a cup of coffee, so that was nice. The site itself was easy enough to get around, nothing confusing. The only annoying part was that a few items showed up but ended up being out of stock, so I had to either wait or go hunt around somewhere else. I just wish the availability was updated a little better. Overall, it was fine, not amazing, not terrible.
